Our Background

In 1992, Hi-Tec was formed with the hiring of a local workforce and has since been a local contracting company serving the islands of Hawaii, based on Oahu.  Hi-Tec is a licensed B-General Contractor, with specialty licenses for roofing C-42, sheet metal C-44, waterproofing C-55 and asbestos abatement C-19. We provide services and products ranging from repair and maintenance to complete renovations.  The primary focus of our company’s services involves the building envelope.  Over the past 30 years we have become one of Hawaii’s most versatile specialty contracting firms known for ensuring quality and integrity.  Our mission statement has always been consistent and that is to provide the best technical expertise, products and services, doing so with integrity with an emphasis on quality and a safe work environment.
